 18th June 2020. Covid 19 Pandemic.

How are you dealing with your emotions as we move through each day, week, month of this surreal experience?

I don't mind sharing my experience with you all and that is, it has been tough! One day I'm productive the next a little lost. But I take reasurrance that anything I experience is ok but yes challenging non the less.

So how can we help ourselves remain grounded and optimistic moving forward? I believe being able to embrace a mindful way of being is important at times of such uncertainty.

It has certainly helped me.

If this is something you too would like to learn more about, embrace and enhance, then I can help. I am now able to resume face to face Counselling sessions, but I also offer on line or telephone counselling if you feel it would help at all throughout this very unsettling time.

Please contact me via my website, email or contact number, I am here to help and will offer a concessional fee as I am sure that many are experiencing financial worries too.

Stay safe and well.

"People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, 'soften the orange a bit in the right hand corner.' I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds"

Cosham Cancer Companions.

Tuesday 21st Janurary 2020

Today, a fabulous group of ladies opened a support group for people dealing with a cancer diagnosis and their families.

It takes the place of Cosham Cancer Support Centre which sadly had to close its doors on the 19th December.

I wish them every success.

Please visit them in the Cosham Library, Spur rd on Monday's 10-1pm & Tuesday's 12.30-3pm
